I'm getting Cloudflare DNS Error 1016

If you have migrated from a provider which uses Cloudflare SaaS, or an enterprise Cloudflare subscription then you may recieve the following error:

Error 1016 Origin DNS Error

In order to solve this error you will need to get in contact with your previous hosting provider a request that they remove your domain name from their Cloudflare account.
