I am getting error "The key {....} was not found in the key ring" in my Umbraco V9+ logs

If you are seeing the following exception in your Umbraco V9+ logs:

Unhandled exception. System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException: The key {....} was not found in the key ring

We will need to change a setting on your websites application pool, please contact support to resolve this
